Buying here? Use the same email address you sign in to Orimbo with, so the purchase goes to your account. You can also buy inside the app in Settings → Usage.
Need more credits?
Top up any time. Credit packs never expire and work on every plan, including Free.
Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where it applies.
Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Cancel any time; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Credit packs are one-time payments.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Questions
How do credits work?
Every plan adds credits to your account each month. Chat, coding, design, images and video all use the same credits, so you decide how to spend them. Settings → Usage shows your balance and what you spent it on.
What does one message cost?
It depends on the model and how long the work is. A normal chat message with Sonnet costs about $0.03; a longer coding task about $0.50. Images and videos show their price before you start, for example about $0.08 for an image or $1 for a 5-second video.
What happens when my credits run out?
Orimbo tells you. Buy a credit pack ($10, $25 or $50) to keep going right away, or wait for your plan to refill next month.
Do credits expire?
Plan credits refill each month, and unused plan credits don't carry over. Credits you buy as a pack never expire. Your plan credits are always used first.
How do I pay?
Paid plans and credit packs are paid in US dollars through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle accepts cards, PayPal and other local methods, and adds any sales tax or VAT at checkout. Use the same email address you sign in to Orimbo with.
Does my plan renew automatically?
Yes. Plans renew every month until you cancel. Cancel any time from Settings → Usage in the app, from the link in your Paddle receipt email, or by writing to us; you keep your plan until the end of the paid month.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of any payment. See the Refund Policy.
Which computers does Orimbo run on?
Windows 10 and 11 (64-bit), macOS 11 or later, and 64-bit Linux, plus the VS Code extension. You need an internet connection.
