Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Orimbo desktop application, the website orimbo.com and related services (together, "Orimbo"). Orimbo is provided by Trinitytech Bilgisayar Limited Şirketi, Alanya, Antalya, Türkiye ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Orimbo you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Orimbo is a Windows application that gives you an AI assistant able to read and edit files in folders you choose, run commands on your computer with your approval, search the web and connect to other tools. The AI responses are generated by third-party models provided by Anthropic, PBC.

2. Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use Orimbo.
  • You sign in with Google or with a verified email address. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure.
  • One account is for one person. Do not share or resell access.

3. Plans, billing and renewal

  • Orimbo offers a Free plan and paid plans (Starter, Pro, Max and Ultra), described on the Pricing page. Each plan adds credits to your account every month. Credits are used for chat, coding, design, images and video at the prices shown in the app. Unused plan credits do not carry over to the next month.
  • You can buy extra credit packs as one-time payments. Bought credits do not expire, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be transferred to another account. If a purchase is refunded, the credits from that purchase are removed.
  • Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase.
  • Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until you cancel. Prices are shown in US dollars; Paddle adds any applicable taxes at checkout.
  • You can cancel at any time using the link in your Paddle receipt or by emailing support@orimbo.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep your plan until the end of the current billing period.
  • We may change prices or plan limits. We will tell you at least 30 days before a price change affects your subscription, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
  • Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Orimbo to:

  • break any law or infringe anyone's rights;
  • create malware, attack systems, or gain access to data you are not authorized to access;
  • generate content that sexualizes minors, promotes violence, or harasses others;
  • violate Anthropic's Usage Policy, which applies to all use of the AI models;
  • try to bypass usage limits or credit charges, resell access, or reverse engineer the service.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

5. Your content and your computer

You own the files, prompts and outputs you create with Orimbo. You give us only the permissions needed to forward your requests to the AI model and return the response. Orimbo acts on your computer only within the folders you open and only after the approvals you set. You are responsible for reviewing actions before you approve them and for keeping backups of important files.

6. AI output

AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. Check important results before relying on them. Orimbo is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial or other advice.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep Orimbo available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. We may add, change or remove features. If we stop offering Orimbo, we will refund any unused prepaid period.

8. Liability

Orimbo is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data caused by actions you approved. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

9. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account. We may end these Terms if you seriously or repeatedly break them.

10. Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumers may also bring claims in the courts of the country where they live.
