Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Trinitytech Bilgisayar Limited Şirketi ("we", "us"), Alanya, Antalya, Türkiye, collects when you use Orimbo and how we use it. We are the data controller for this data under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, No. 6698) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What we collect
- Account data: your name, email address and sign-in provider (Google or email), handled through Google Firebase Authentication.
- Usage data: the model used, number of tokens and cost for each request, and timestamps. We use this to apply plan limits and show your usage.
- Billing data: your plan and subscription status. Payment details are collected and processed by Paddle; we never see your full card number.
- Technical data: IP address and basic request logs, kept for security and abuse prevention.
What we don't keep
Your chats are stored on your own computer. When you send a message, it passes through our server to Anthropic to generate the reply. Our server does not save the content of your messages, files or replies.
Who processes your data
- Anthropic, PBC (USA) — generates AI responses. Anthropic does not use data sent through its API to train models by default. See Anthropic's privacy policy.
- Google Firebase (USA) — sign-in and account authentication.
- Paddle.com (UK) — payments, tax and invoicing as Merchant of Record.
- Contabo GmbH (Germany) — hosts our server.
Some of these providers process data outside Türkiye and the EU. We rely on their standard contractual safeguards for these transfers.
Why we use it
- To provide the service and your account (performance of contract).
- To bill you and meet tax and accounting duties (legal obligation).
- To prevent abuse and keep the service secure (legitimate interest).
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep account and usage data while your account is open. When you delete your account, we remove your profile and anonymize your usage records, except billing records we must keep by law (usually up to 10 years under Turkish tax law).
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent. You can delete your account yourself in Settings → Account. For other requests email support@orimbo.com; we reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) or your local data protection authority.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The sign-in page uses only what Google Firebase needs to sign you in.
Children
Orimbo is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect.
