Refund Policy
You can get a full refund within 14 days of any payment. No questions asked.
How to ask for a refund
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, and Paddle handles refunds. To get a refund, either:
- use the link in the receipt email from Paddle, or visit paddle.net and find your order; or
- email us at support@orimbo.com with the email address you used to pay.
Refunds go back to the original payment method. They usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
After a refund
When a plan payment is refunded, your account moves back to the Free plan. When a credit pack is refunded, its credits are removed from your balance. Your chats and files stay on your computer.
Cancelling
You can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future payments. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
